This family business distributes and manufactures luxury bathroom products to their clients in the industry. Since they began their business nearly 40 years ago, they have grown to comprise 3 nationwide bathroom distribution sites and 3 manufacturing plants, all committed to providing luxury products with a friendly and efficient service.

As you will be dealing business to business, a professional manner, proficient administrative skills, and a commitment to world class customer service are essential as well as a desire to optimise every business opportunity.

They are looking for a dedicated, hardworking person with a keen interest in sales and customer service to join their busy and vibrant office. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Duties the successful person can expect to deal with on a day to day basis: -
- Answering approx. 100 calls a day
- Processing customer purchase orders
- Providing technical assistance
- Updating customers on their orders
- Managing customer enquiries
- Converting stock and price enquiries into sales
- Liaising with the external sales team
