CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE / GLOSSOP / £14,000 - £22,000 + BENEFITS
Established in 2006, Nice Pebbles has gained a reputation for high-quality service combined with top class rental apartments in Nice, France.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team.
The Customer Service Executive Role:
You will work within our reservations team to provide advice and assistance to our customers looking to book a holiday property in the south of France.
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling the day to day enquiries from customers, as well as assisting them with issues that need resolving during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance to all customers
- Liaise regularly with the Nice operations team to ensure smooth running of operation
- Resolve complaints as far as possible to their conclusion
- Respond quickly to new enquiries and issues as they arise (via phone or email)
- Monitor our websites to ensure that they are up to date
- Update existing bookings as per guests request
Skills & Experience Required:
- Quick to pick up and understand software systems
- Unambiguous and excellent internal communicator both in emails and on the phone
- Problem solver
- Friendly approach to customers
- Calm demeanour
- A positive approach, flexibility and the willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
- Spoken French would be a major advantage but not essential
Working Hours:
The office hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 5pm on Sunday. They work on rotas to cover these 12 hour days and split shifts as follows:
- Work at least 3 days (Monday to Friday)
- Work at least 1 day (Saturday and Sunday)
- Work between 4 and 6 days per week – The working day can vary from 4 -12 hours depending on business needs but a normal day is 8 hours including half an hour for lunch
