This company is building the next generation of wireless sensor networks for the industrial internet of things, helping the world's largest construction industries replace manual monitoring with automated, continuous data collection and analytics.
They are a small team of twenty people, and will be growing rapidly within the next twelve months. If working to digitise some of the world's most traditional industries sounds interesting, they would love to hear from you!
They are looking for an exceptionally organised Operations Associate to scale our order fulfillment processes and ensure they can deliver a seamless buying experience to their growing customer base. You will be responsible for preparing and negotiating commercial contracts liaising with multiple stakeholders on the customers' side to ensure these are executed, and ensure the internal fulfillment of orders
The Operations Associate will work alongside the sales and finance team, developing a strong understanding of revenue targets,aiding in monthly projections and keeping track of billing and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, and sending commercials for customers to sign;
- Coordinate between sales, manufacturing, support and with external customers to ensure customers receive hardware and training on time with the correct commercials in place;
- Organising with customers to replace/return hardware;
- Guiding accounts in invoicing customers based on commercials and journaling revenue;
- Preparing analytics on our current processes and working to improve the buying and fulfillment processes;
- Controlling users added and allowed to access the customers' platform;
- Completing VAQ for customers, ensuring we are properly registered as suppliers and have correct invoicing details;
- Participate in meetings between Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Support to facilitate good communication between departments;
- Assist in preparing monthly hardware revenue information for accounts;
- Provide support to Logistics Manager and Head of Operations when required;
Skills:
- An ability to balance multiple stakeholders whilst working towards task completion;
- Skilled in managing multiple projects;
- Ability to plan, manage and deliver targets on time;
- Comfortable working confidently with minimum supervision;
- Ability to develop new and innovative ideas and seize opportunities to advance the work of the organisation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English language;
