Warehouse Training and Support Officer

At their Bristol plant, they are now looking for a Warehouse Training and Support Officer to produce standardised working instructions for warehouse based shop floor activities; incorporating safety, quality and OTIF considerations.

Implementing Bristol plant standard processes into the warehouse operation, you will deliver training against working instructions, create defined training schedules for local Managers to adhere to and archive training records. You will also analyse warehouse/SAP data for the purpose of identifying improvements to ways of working and current processes.

So if you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Business Improvement Techniques (BIT), IOSH Managing Safely and Six Sigma White Belt, then they want to hear from you! Candidates should also have proven experience in supply chain / warehouse / logistics environment and previous supervisory experience.

Those who hold an Assessor qualification and have experience of working to quality standard ISO9001 and environmental standard ISO14001 are highly desirable, however this is not essential.
