We are currently in the need to recruit for Security Officers.
Purpose of the role
• Positioned in front of the lectern at the front of the store, greeting and meeting customers. Customer Service is of utmost importance
• Monitoring CCTV of suspects
• Patrolling store, paying particular attention to red routes and high loss lines
• Stationed at/Patrol self-check-outs, depending on store process
• Preventing theft, either through visual deterrent or stopping/detaining of shoplifters.
• Various administrative tasks such as recording incidents and completing the seal check records
• Liaising with local police, shopping centre or retail park security
What you will receive in return is the following:
• Permanent, full time, guaranteed hours.
• Expanding specialist security teams working in one of seventeen branded stores across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
• Your contracted hours will be guaranteed per week, with plenty of opportunity to increase this by covering additional shifts.
• Flexible to the mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts / weekdays and weekends worked
• In addition to the store based vacancies, preferred relief roles offering guaranteed hours of at least 30 per week. (Please contact us if these roles will be of more interest to you).
