ADMINISTRATIVE  ASSISTANT
(Maternity Leave Cover in the first instance)

Up to 37 hours per week / term time only (including Training Days)

Required for September, 2018 to July, 2019

(Level 2 Point Range 10 – 16)

£16,863 - £18,319 pro rata

Actual salary £14,618 - £15,880

A flexible, keen and enthusiastic administrative assistant is required to cover a maternity leave. A full time post is available but we would also consider applications from candidates who wished to work part time at 25 hours or more.

Redborne is a successful school on a spacious and pleasant campus on the outskirts of the market town of Ampthill in Bedfordshire .We achieve excellent examination results with about three-quarters of students typically gaining Maths and English at grades 9 - 4.  ‘A’ Level results are also very good with over half at ‘A*’, ‘A’ or ‘B’ grades and an overall pass rate of 99.9%. About 80% of the Sixth Form go on to university and each year a number of students get into Oxbridge. The school is well regarded and oversubscribed situated in a very pleasant area of Central Bedfordshire, within easy reach of London and the stunning Chiltern Hills AONB. Our campus includes a state-of-the-art 400 seat theatre and we have recently expanded to take the school to a capacity of 1,700, with 500+ in the sixth form.
