Brook Street has the pleasure of working with a facilities department within a busy employer in the centre of Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of administrators who are responsible for inputting and updating room bookings an maintaining a spreadsheet of bookings, managing car-park requests and setting up visitors WiFi accounts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for booking maintenance requests for printers and equipment on site.
This is a full-time role in the centre of Cardiff, paying £7 per hour to £10 per hour with 35 days holiday per year inclusive of Bank Holidays.
This role would suit a candidate who has dealt with ad-hoc facilities requests or worked in maintenance previously.
