We are currently looking to recruit a part time administrator with PA/ Secretarial experience to join a busy government agency as an administrator. Working with a fun and lively team, you'll be based in Portsmouth you will enjoy a great atmosphere. Working part time 25hours on a Monday to Friday working week you will enjoy a flexible working arrangement.
As the successful post holder you will work as part of a team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the region and local area.
In particular you will provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required. Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the head of department, teams and the department.
