Job Type: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)

The Organization is a well-established charitable care provider based in Olton, Solihull and they have currently a vacancy for a full time Administrator to work in its customer service team in Olton, Solihull.
You will provide high quality reception and administrative support to the Customer Service team, dealing with all visitors and telephone enquiries into the organisation, ordering stationery and other equipment for the housing schemes, providing social media marketing support and administration of areas such as recruitment and letting of properties.

- It is essential that you have previous experience in a reception or administration role.
- In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be IT literate.
- You will hold a minimum of Maths and English Grade C at GCSE or equivalent and ideally an administration qualification.
- The Trust is looking for an organised, professional, self-motivated team player who is sensitive to the needs of older people.
- As the post involves working with vulnerable adults, an enhanced DBS check will be taken up for successful candidate.
