Restaurant Manager

This role is accountable for the operational running of our 90 cover restaurant, as well as the bar, and helps to continuously improve the food and beverage offerings in all areas of the hotel. 

You will have experience of recruiting, coaching and inspiring a team using your fantastic communication and organisational skills. 

You will have previously worked with POS systems and have an understanding of stock control and budgeting. 

A current food hygiene certificate and relevant restaurant experience is essential. 

As part of the management team you will also take on duty management responsibilities and training will be given for this.
