About your next role

They have an excellent opportunity for an Entry Level Admin Assistant to join their highly successful Accountancy Practice in West London. The role will involve supporting all departments with general administration duties which will involve data entry of information on client accounts, scanning documents for electronic filing, stationary, lunch orders and photocopying of documentation, as well as general kitchen and recycling duties.
Information may be required from various sources to complete client files and occasional telephone enquiries so it’s essential that you’ll be confident in dealing with people of all levels and also be confident in your approach.

There will also be reception relief which will be daily lunch cover as well as annual and other leave.

About you

You’ll ideally have worked within a professional services environment, although those with previous experience in a similar post will be considered. You’ll be confident in communicating with more senior members of staff and not be afraid to ask questions to assist in your progression. You’ll also:

  • Have accurate keyboard skills, both written and numerical
  • Attention to detail
  • Have an organised approach to your work and ideally have experience in working to strict deadline.
  • Be comfortable in administering repetitive tasks on some occasions, although they will make every effort to vary your workload
