Salary: Band 3B
Circa £19,000 p. pro rata basic + benefits

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Voluntary Services team at this hospice, offering support to the Volunteer and Training & Development Functions in the organisation.

They are seeking great candidates, who can be self-motivated, with strong administrative skills and have the ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with volunteers and staff across the Hospice.

Now is a great time to join the Hospice as they are expanding their volunteer workforce, working towards a target of 10 volunteers to every 1 member of staff. To do this they need someone who is organised, innovative and passionate about making a difference. You will be involved in the recruitment and training of volunteers, the coaching of volunteer managers and the administration of their Training & Development programme, whilst devising ways to streamline administrative activity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet and work with their amazing volunteers, both current and prospective, and understand why people choose to volunteer for the hospice.

For this role, you will need a MS Office Certificate, experience in an administrative role and experience of working with volunteers would be desirable.
