Our client is now looking to recruit a Pro Delivery Manager – Implementation Executive to join them to support their members with the implementation of Pro Delivery Manager; maximising the conversion of member and non-member trials into fee paying subscriptions through on-going support during the on boarding process.  This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Pro Delivery Manager (PDM) is a delivery tracking app for both Android and iOS which enables community pharmacies to go the extra mile to set up a delivery service to help patients get the care and medication they need.

Supporting the delivery of the commercial revenue and profitability targets for Pro Delivery Manager, you must actively contact and support all UK based registrations for the free trial of the app and promote the move to an active trial; agreeing with members / non-members and Account Managers tailored support to ensure registration moves from trial to then fee paying.

Assisting companies to be in a position to use PDM which may include helping with data formatting of patient / customer data and agreeing a plan for pilot, trial and roll-out, you must ensure that all UK based pharmacies that have 5 or more branches receive a site visit to help with set up and also receive face to face training on the service.

A qualified pharmacy technician with strong interpersonal and influencing skills via the telephone and face to face, candidates should have excellent MS Excel skills and be self-starters focused on results.  Our client is ideally looking for member focused, commercially driven team players who have excellent presentation skills.  Knowledge of the Pharmacy market place is an advantage but not essential.

Our client is the trade association for pharmacy professionals in the UK.

Their aim is to support independent community pharmacies to succeed professionally and commercially for the benefit of their patients. As a not-for-profit organisation, they are committed to reinvesting in service provision and enable this through investment in their people to provide high quality services and products together with effective leadership and representation.
