Reward Business Partner - Contract
Our client, a large organisation that specialises in the integration of both IT and network technologies are seeking the services of a Reward Business Partner.
The Reward Business Partner will be responsible for the creation, implementation and promotion of reward, benefits, pensions, well-being and culture initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Must be familiar with and have worked with Hay job evaluation.
- Must have strong reward knowledge gained in a commercial environment, including pay, benefits, well-being and pensions.
- Must have proven experience of providing reward services to a diverse workforce preferably including sales teams.
