They currently have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional EA to support three Directors within the business.  The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient service to include key administration tasks.
This is a fast moving role and you will be involved in organising diaries, minuting meetings, dealing with telephone calls for the Directors and writing routine correspondence.  You will liaise closely with Board Members, the Chief Executive and Senior Officers on behalf of the Directors.  The successful candidate will have previous experience of providing an effective administration service to senior stakeholders, ideally for multiple Directors.  With strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office packages, you will be able to manage your own workload and time effectively.
