Multiple C++ Embedded Software Engineer Roles, Camberley, Surrey 35000 - 45000 DOE Your new company I'm engaged on a project to recruit multiple hands on embedded C++ Software Engineers with different experience levels. You will join an undisputed leader in their field as a new division is opened within their UK business. You'll gain specialist knowledge of this core area that has been earmarked for substantial growth following an acquisition. The roles will be based from their new state of the art offices in Camberley, Surrey. Your new role There is a positive sentiment in the organisation with a new Head of Division laying out both headcount growth and technical modernisation. There is no micro-management here and developers are empowered. The business has consistently been highly regarded for their approach to software from top to bottom, so it is expected that you'll subscribe to clean coding principles and will bring new ideas of best practice to the table which will be listened to. What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a software developers/engineers with strong experience with C++ in an embedded Linux environment, with some experience in either OpenCV, STL or Boost. The ideal candidate would be able to write, test and maintain computer programs to agreed specifications. It would be desirable if a candidate had experience in QT and/or user interface development. Also unit testing and SQL and Windows experience in an agile environment would be desirable.
