Things youll be working on;

Management of Team

-Hold daily morning catch ups to plan the day ahead and weekly meetings with the team to make sure they are on track to achieve their KPIs.
-Generate compliance reports weekly using Aspire to monitor existing worker compliance. Distribute the report to team members to update and monitor their progress.
-Monitor the training calendar on a weekly basis and manage the team effectively to make sure all available candidates are booked onto relevant training courses.
-Liaise with internal trainer and external providers to organise training courses where required. Organising venues where needed.
-Regularly review and monitor any changes in compliance legislation and make sure the team and wider organisation are aware of these changes. Supporting the Head of Compliance with the implementation of new working practices, training the team on new work methods and processes.
-To coach, mentor, motivate and drive team members and support them to meet their agreed KPIs.
-Ensure all client audits are completed successfully and any issues that arise are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Report results of audits to the Head of Compliance.

General Administration

-Adopt a hands on approach to the compliance clearance and continued compliance team goals and pitch in where necessary.
-Ensure that all team members are performing and meeting their targets, monitoring their work via our CRM system.

*20 days holiday when you start, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years service holiday increases to 28 days
