Are you an ambitious Associate Town Planner who is on the lookout for an opportunity with an exciting level of progression?
If so, Penguin Recruitment are pleased to represent a leading planning and design firm in their search for a dynamic Associate Planner to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an established firm to offer planning assistance across the residential, commercial, architectural, mixed use and agricultural sectors. As a leading member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to building long standing relationships with clients across the UK.
In order to satisfy the requirements for this role, you must:
* Have an RTPI Accredited Town planning qualification alongside an MSc in a relevant planning discipline
* Be MRTPI Accredited
* Have at least 2 years post membership experience
* (Ideally) Have extensive experience maintaining and building client relationships
* Have experience working on a range of planning projects across multiple sectors
You will be motivated and experienced in undertaking projects from inception until completion, and will remain focused upon forging a strong relationship with every client, in order to provide innovative planning solutions to an ever expanding client base. You will be a proactive individual, with the ability to lead and motivate junior members of staff, and provide the firm with continuous improvement, development and growth.
The successful candidate will be working at either Principal or Associate level, and, subject to performance, may have the opportunity to move into a Director/Partnership role within the practice.
