We are a family owned Toyota Centre based in Stoke on Trent. We have represented the Toyota Brand for over 25 years and are looking for hard working and enthusiastic people to join our team of Service Staff assisting our Customers with the aftercare of their vehicles.
Our foremost objective is to offer complete customer satisfaction to all our valued Customers, growing our business and offering excellent training and a great working environment in return.
The Service Advisor role:
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Service Team. The successful applicants must have the determination and ability to deliver great results in Service related sales, whilst maintaining their passion for customer service.
About You.
You will have a talent for selling and will need to possess great interpersonal and customer service skills, whilst also developing a sound knowledge of the Vehicle Servicing requirements. Full training will be provided. As well as showing you have the enthusiasm and skill to deliver your own targets, you will also have a strong desire to be part of a winning team at this exciting time for the Toyota Brand. Motor Trade experience is not essential.
