Venture Construction Solutions are currently looking to bolster their team with an Internal Recruiter.
Venture have gone through a period of rapid growth in the past two years, expanding by nearly 300%! Due to this expansion the need has arisen for a dedicated Internal Recruiter to join the team to take the responsibility of bringing in new staff away from the Directors and to save on fees from Rec2Rec companies.
For the right person we are willing to offer a very competitive basic salary of over GBP30,000 per year depending on experience as well as a bespoke commission scheme within the business for placing Consultants & Trainee's that successfully complete their probation periods.
Our office is located less than 100 metres from Liverpool Street station within a brand new, modern serviced office.
We pride ourselves on having a welcoming office atmosphere with all Directors and Management staff being extremely approachable.
The Role;
- You will need to be proactive in approaching both Consultants and potential Trainee Consultants across a number of platforms
- Increase Venture's visibility over Social Media platforms
- Show initiative with Marketing
- Represent the Company at Graduate Job Fairs, Open Days etc
- Be an ambassador for the Company at all times
- Assist in the implementation of Training Processes
- Conduct 3 month reviews with Trainee's & Resourcing Manager
The ideal person
- You will have previous experience working as an Internal Recruiter for another Recruitment Agency or Directly for a company
- Have a knowledge of Recruitment processes
- Outgoing and able to sell our business to potential Candidates
- Able to deliver on KPI's
- Experience of Reporting into Directors
