* Own the development and execution of all marketing activity - online and offline - across HCVS * Lead, direct and motivate the HCVS marketing team to achieve business objectives * Develop and implement effective lead generation across the HCVS sales channels, working closely with the sales departments to ensure a coordinated joined up approach across the Business * Identifying and driving innovation in areas of customer retention and acquisition to maximise revenue, improve * Customer experience and enhance brand value, whilst treating customers fairly. This will include proposition development for existing and new products/services, working in conjunction with key stakeholders * Accountable for the planning, ownership, management and ROI of all marketing projects in HCVS * Input into overall business strategy to influence developments of new markets/products * Collate, interpret and report on outsights (market trends, industry wide developments which may affect competitiveness of the markets in which HCUK operates). Conduct primary and secondary market research providing customer insights into the products, services and propositions developed across business units * Manage specific events coordinating the marketing team, other departments and external suppliers to ensure the event attendance achieves maximum business benefit. Produce a schedule of proposed events for each FY which are linked to the Marketing budget and associated divisional budget * Work with Group Head of Marketing to ensure all activity supports and optimises the HCUK brand * Ensure all HCVS financial promotions are FCA compliant and compliant with current regulations especially GDPR * Ensure HCUK brand management guidelines are adhered to across the HCVS
