Bonus Surveyor

A bonus surveyor job in Lancashire paying GBP36,000 + package for a regional main contractor.

Your new company
You will join a well established and sought after main contractor based across the North West. The contractor works on new build and refurbishment projects across many sectors up to the value of GBP10m operating across the North West region only. Due to an opening within the business an opportunity for a Bonus Surveyor has arisen.

Your new role
You will join their commercial division, reporting to their commercial director. You will site based and visit the office as and when required. Your main role is to ensure bonus payments are made to the direct labour employees and they are accurately calculated and communicated in a timely manner to the accounts team for payment. You will work closely with the commercial director and contracts managers. You will also assist in the development of trainee surveyors when applicable.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be currently working as a bonus surveyor and have sound knowledge of bonus structures and payment processes OR you will be a quantity surveyor looking for an opportunity as a bonus surveyor where you can learn and develop your career further. You will have an excellent understanding of direct labour and you will be able to plan your workload effectively.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of GBP34,000 - GBP40,000 + car / car allowance (dependant on experience) + package. You will receive support from the commercial director and work for an established organisation with excellent future prospects. This is also an opportunity for a less experienced QS to take a new direction.
