We are a very-well established outsourced provider of credit control services. We have been trading since 2003 and our services are employed by numerous global brands across a plethora of sectors.

The Credit Control Specialist Opportunity:

Our team of Credit Controllers help to recover our clients’ UK and International delinquent commercial debts. Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an exceptional, experienced Credit Control Specialist to join our collections team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will report directly to the Collections Manager, and your main duties will include:

+ Chasing overdue debts by telephone.
+ Liaising with clients and legal advisors.
+ Posting confirmed payments.
+ Raising, chasing and concluding queries.
+ Developing key client relationships.
+ Producing client reports.
+ Adhoc Duties as required.

Credit Control Specialist Essential Requirements:

+ Previous experience in a targeted credit control / debt collection environment.
+ Exceptional communication skills with clear command of the English Language, both written and orally.
+ A keen desire to quickly learn and develop.
+ An ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company.
+ Enthusiasm for a challenge.

oh... and you will like dogs, as we have 2 dogs in the office each day.

Credit Control Clerk, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Clerk, Finance Assistant, Credit Controller, Credit Control Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Debt Collections Agent
