Small Works Operative - ARK
ARK M&E are placed within the JRL Group. A highly successful, dynamic and innovative construction group headquartered in North London who have grown from a company specialising in sub and superstructure packages to a business being able to offer a full turnkey service across several divisions and are ever expanding.
Our successes began servicing our main contracting arm, Midgard Ltd offering complete M&E solutions from design to completion. ARK M&E formally launched in 2013 and since then has repeatedly grown its turnover year on year building an impressive portfolio of projects in excess of GBP40m.
As part of a well-established team the successful applicant will have a fantastic opportunity to develop their administration skills and gain experience working on some of London's larger, more iconic schemes which will enhance their career prospects.
Career progression within the group is a real possibility.
Responsibilities:
•You will be responsible for the incoming defects, allocation of resources, tracking to completion, and issuing of reports.
•Aftercare - Collate defects, report aftercare costs, liaise with in house PC aftercare team, etc.
Other responsibilities shall include:
•Coordinate and liaise with the Temps Manager for labour resourcing.
•Be responsible for H&S of operatives under your management producing RAM etc.
•Control costs by liaising with commercial team.
Requirements:
Ideally you will have similar experience gained with another specialist Mechanical Sub-contractor, or Main Contractor. It is essential
you have defects experience.
•FM background/ideally Mechanical biased.
