Our key partner, a multinational educational establishment based in Milton Keynes has the opportunity for a passionate and driven HR Assistant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with a view to go permanent.

As the HR Assistant, you will provide support on a broad range of HR initiatives across a generalist remit such as; discipline and grievances, absence and sickness, recruitment & selection and training & development. Reporting into the UK Head of HR, you will be based out of the Milton Keynes offices however will also be required to travel to other sites in the UK when necessary (ad hoc basis).

As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following:

- Demonstrable generalist experience in a HR support/administration capacity
- Passion for HR with the desire to learn
- A self-starter with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- A team player with excellent relationship building skills
