We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, self-driven and enthusiastic person to assist and support the service team.
The successful candidate needs to possess excellent communication skills. An understanding of electronic booking systems would be an advantage but specific training will be given in this area.
The role will involve processing bookings for service and warranty work to be carried out in the workshop. Some customers require us to collect their machinery and some bring machinery in to us. As such there are both telephone and face to face bookings to be taken and deliveries and collections to be arranged.
A degree of technical knowledge would be helpful but we have a very experienced team of service personnel who will be on hand to help if needed. The main role will be in support of the service manager and the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of work flow to optimize revenue.
Saturday working on a rota system is required with a day off in lieu.
Salary according to experience.
