Area Sales Manager
LOCATION: Sussex, Surrey, Kent, South London and the Southern Home Counties
REFERENCE: TSLGJ1471
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 per annum with a structured bonus scheme & company car.
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
THE COMPANY: Our client is a construction product company with over 50 years in the industry. They specialise in supplying and installing their market leading brand of wall and door protection products to health, education, retail and industrial buildings. Our client is looking to recruit a sales professional that can travel around the above areas so living in these typical areas will be ideal; Crawley, Croydon, Gravesend, Slough.
THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the Sales Director the Area Sales Manager will travel around the allocated area to meet with clients and attend sites to carry out site surveys to obtain accurate measurements and information for quotation purposes. You will build relationships with end users, architects, contractors, shop fitters and specifiers whilst maintaining established accounts and developing new ones.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales with the understanding and past experience of managing their own area.
The successful Area Sales Manager will be self-motivated and a well organised individual with the experience of appointment making and can hit the ground running.
Our client is looking for sales professionals are ideally based within the following areas Crawley, Croydon, Gravesend, Slough and any of the above post codes listed. These are just examples of towns/cities in the allocated sales territory you'll be working in and targeting.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within Field Sales
