An excellent opportunity for and Experienced CNC Operative to join a well-established company based in Stockport!
The Company:
Established in 1977 and has a reputation for quality and service within the manufacturing industry, they are approved by the British Standards Institute to BS 9001:2008.
They operate from 3 units (over 9000 sq.ft) premises housing 20 CNC Machines (Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centres and Lathes / CNC Vertical Boring) with some conventional Machinery. They specialise in the production of high precision components along with general jobbing work, in large or small batches also accommodating fabrication and assembly work.
The employer currently has 3 positions available – 1 x CNC Turner, 1 x CNC Miller and 1 x CNC Vertical Borer, please see job descriptions below.
CNC Turner/Miller:
- Applicants must be fully conversant with Fanuc control with approx. 10 years’ experience.
- Time served applicants only.
- Full time vacancy.
- 37 hour week + overtime.
- £12.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
CNC Vertical Borer:
- Required to operate Hankook VTB140 with Fanuc Control.
- Applicants must be fully conversant with Fanuc/ISO programming with approx. 10 years’ experience.
- Time served applicants only.
- Full time vacancy.
- 37 hour week + overtime.
- £15.00 to £20.00 per hour.
