Admin Assistant (Post 16 Support)
The post is offered on a permanent basis. Your duties will include being the first point of call for student and parent queries, providing admin support for the Sixth Form admissions process and providing day to day support for the Head of Sixth Form and post 16 students.
Applicants must have admin/secretarial experience, excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) and be highly organised. You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
You will be required to work the majority of the 10 days during the period of the A level results in August each year, working the Wednesday-Friday of A level results week, the Wednesday-Friday of the following week with the 4 remaining days to be worked by agreement with the Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for the Sixth Form.
