Education across all our Catholic schools is changing, these exciting and challenging times call for exceptional HR teams to deliver outstanding centralised HR services. Under the overall leadership of the newly appointed CEOs each CMAT (Catholic Multi-Academy Trust) and the Director of HR appointed to work across the four new CMATs in the Diocese, the successful candidate will support the positive development of workforce changes that will deliver an outstanding education for all our children and young people by helping to ensure that all the Academies in the CMAT to which they are appointed are compliant with policies and procedures.

The Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust (based in Nottingham) has a vacancy for a HR Assistant to join our expanding HR team.  From 1 September 2018 the HR team will be providing a professional, centralized HR service to a family of 21 schools – 4 secondary and 17 primary. 

This new post offers an excellent opportunity for the appointee to develop a career in HR.  The Trust is committed to providing excellent CPD opportunities for all staff and the role will allow the person appointed to gain experience in a wide range of HR duties.
