We now have an exciting opportunity for a Strategy and Quality Coordinator to support the strategy & quality team in their work across CityWest Homes so that services are delivered to a consistently high standard and are continuously improved for customers and stakeholders.
You will coordinate the customer satisfaction surveying process, report on the progress of the internal audit programme and support our data quality work along with other projects undertaken by the strategy and quality team.
Experience of presenting performance data in an accessible way is essential for this position and you will have strong data analysis and communication skills (both verbal and written). You will have previous experience of managing information, using spreadsheets along with the ability to use Information Technology to set up monitoring systems.
