About the Job
Do you want to help produce the best resin miniatures in the world in a fast paced production environment?
Are you relentless in doing what needs to be done day in, day out? Do you have the tenacity to make sure the job is done correctly, down to the last detail?
We are looking for people to de-mould and pack the resin miniatures and components we produce to turn them in to finished products. You will need to be able to quickly adapt to the needs of the job and respond positively to change. Working as part of the multi-skilled team, you’ll understand the impact of your actions on people as well as processes. Your ability to stay positive and have productive conversations with appropriate people will be integral to your success. Your success will require you to always be calm and effective at all times.
De-moulding figures and packing resin miniatures and components will form the vast majority of your working day. The team will need to be kept up to date on the status of production, this will ensure others are in the right place at the right time. All staff are asked to always look to improve the things we do; never being satisfied that what we do is the best way we could ever do it, this job is no exception. You will engage with our Continuous Improvement enterprise, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions and business improvements. We care about our employees, and we want them to be doing all these things in a safe environment, you’ll be expected to observe and uphold best practice and Health and Safety policies.

De-moulding, packing and quality checking products are just some of the activities, there are many more to ensure our customers around the world are delighted. Working hours: There are vacancies on both the AM shift and the PM Shift:
- AM Shift: Monday-Thursday 06:00 – 14:00 and Friday 06:00 – 13:00
- PM Shift: Monday-Wednesday 14:00 – 22:00, Thursday 13:00 – 22:00 and Friday: 13:00 – 19:00
If you have a specific shift you wish to work, please specify AM shift or PM shift in your application letter.
Contract duration: This contract is on a temporary rolling basis and will be reviewed every 3 months.
