We are looking for a very strong, qualified and experienced candidate to take over the role of Assosciate Director of Client Services based in Luton, Bedfordshire. To work with women and children who have suffered from or are exposed to Gender Based Violence paying £27,982. Alongside 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), career progression, free parking, raining, pension and more. This is a permanent and full time role working Monday - Friday; 9 - 5 with on call management rota, out of hours 1 in 4 weeks.

About the job;
Purpose of role..
To work as a member of Senior Management Team to devise, deliver and implement high quality, innovative services. You will lead a team of skilled coordinators and practitioners ensuring excellent standards in the provision of services are met.
You will maintain and demonstrate a commitment to the Organisation`s vision, values, strategic aims and objectives. You will provide support to the team and to service users living within the refuge. You will maintain high standards of professionalism; keeping abreast of current legislation, standards, and maintain a focus on continuous improvement.
You will develop, deliver and monitor services strategic plan and continues to be considered a premier, specialist organisation across our delivery area.
You will work alongside the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and others, in the development and completion of documents; ensuring that these are submitted in a timely manner to support the achievement of a sustainable financial framework for the Organisation. To monitor and review agreed targets and milestones reporting to the CEO and Board of Trustees as required. You will directly manage senior coordinators and any project managers. The ideal candidate will support Senior Coordinators and Project Managers to deliver service excellence creating a culture of continuous learning.
To undertake annual and in-year performance reviews with staff. Participate in staff recruitment, disciplinary and grievance matters in a timely manner.
You will undertake regular assessments of training needs for your team.
You will monitor the activities of volunteers working within the Organisation; ensuring they receive appropriate supervision for the work.
About the ideal candidate;
You must have a Support care background especially working with vulnerable people who are dealing with drug and alcohol problems.
You should have degree level or equivalent experience of a managerial role.

You should be able to form partnership and relationships with other organisations
You should have extensive knowledge of safeguarding practise and legislation
An in-depth knowledge of issues facing women who have mental health and/or drug and alcohol support needs in relation to homelessness/ housing and or the criminal justice system.
