As a member of the Service Desk team you will be responsible for the provision of a first line support service to all RSPB staff. You will be one of a team who offers telephone and self-serve support to our user base.

The Service desk hours of operation are currently Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to problem solve and manage the day to day challenges of working in a reactive role. The role is the front line face of the IT Department and you will be dealing with a wide range of queries including Microsoft applications, printers, comms, business applications.

As a Senior member of the team previous experience of managing the work of others or acting as a lead in a technical area would be key. If you have a love of all things IT and a solid experience of working on an IT Service Desk in a Senior role we would love to hear from you.
