Employment Relations Specialist

Our client is one of the UK’s largest colleges employing more than 1450 staff in over five campuses, all conveniently located in North East Wales, offering easy accessibility from within North Wales, Shropshire, Wirral, Merseyside and Cheshire.

They are now looking for an Employment Relations Specialist to support the business to maintain a healthy employee relations climate.

Providing Partnership support to the HR team and line managers on the case management of individual, complex, high risk and sensitive employee relations cases, you will manage a variety of different cases from start to resolution.

Their Employment Relations Specialist will be MCIPD qualified and have significant ER experience. A logical thinker with excellent communication skills, you will demonstrate the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a customer focused environment.

You’ll also need excellent organisation, communication, research and presentation skills and be able to partner effectively with internal stakeholders including the senior management team.

The ability to speak fluent Welsh is desirable.

A DBS Disclosure will be requested from the successful candidate being offered the position.
