Are you a Building Manager or Facilities Manager with exposure to hard and soft services?
A niche commercial property management company is looking to appoint an Assistant Facilities Manager to work from a base location in Hampshire with frequent travel to sites under their management stretching from Oxfordshire to the South Coast and the South East.
The site is a mixed-use business environment offering a range of office accommodation set in mature landscaped grounds. The park is home to national and international companies and provides a wide range of amenities, including hotel and conference facilities, retail and leisure.
What:
* You will support the Facilities Service Director in the day to day running of the site, ensuring compliance with regulations, health & safety, environmental and security standards.
* You will manage client expectations through constant regard for financial limits, striving to improve service and identifying cost savings.
* You will liaise daily with tenants and contractors to build strong professional relationships and improve standards of service.
* You will work in cohesion with the onsite team to drive operational excellence in both hard and soft services, setting high standards and striving to exceed them.
Who:
* You must have previous experience in a similar operational/FM role.
* You have experience in a variety of hard and soft services.
* You have proven experience managing a multi-skilled team of service personnel.
* You have previous financial management experience.
