Duties include:
- Preparing fresh vegetables and fruit for deli / salad bar
- Creating and implementing new ideas for deli / salad bar
- Prepared fresh food to specification
- Ability to multi-task and follow clear direction
- Be adaptable and have a "can do" attitude
- Aware of health & safety and hygiene regulations
