Selling the companies full range of bathroom products
Selling to Bathroom showrooms and Builders and Plumbers Merchants
Mostly existing business
Replacement position
Person
Ideally someone who is confident with good sales skills, enjoys taking on a challenge.
Would look at anyone from an FMCG background - classically trained
Someone from a retail environment (Furniture Showroom, or ie. Curry's) looking to go out on the road
Would look at someone from a Bathroom or Merchant showroom wanting to move onto the road.
Someone who is a good closer, as they will be closing on a daily basis.
Planning and preparation experience is key.
