Grower

Based on the outskirts of Boston, heading towards Skegness. This thriving Agricultural and Horti-Business are looking for a Grower to join them. The position is to join an established team, in a thriving business. You will be the Grower working in the glass houses, to grow potted plants for Supermarket and Wholesales distribution.

From seed to leaving the factory, you will be lovingly growing the plants and will be responsible for the following;

• Crop Planning
• Propagation
• Managing plant needs (nutrition / water)
• Pest / disease control
• Supervision of day to day labour and production staff
• General Glasshouse Maintenance

Ideally coming from a flowers background (although not essential) you must have a PA1 & PA6 spaying certs. You will have a passion for growing and the necessary experience to commercially grow plants in greenhouses.

This is a hands-on position and will require you to grow quality plants with the help of your team around you.

Salary dependant on experience.
