As a Recruitment and Compliance administrator at SAAF Education, you would be responsible for ensuring that all relevant compliance and recruitment administration is completed accurately and timely, whilst proactively sourcing suitable candidates for the required positions.
Your role would be diverse and varied, centred around the efficient management of workload, and a people-focused and positive approach to your work.
Key responsibilities would include:
• Placing & managing adverts for potential candidates
• Short listing candidate CV's
• Daily phone calls to candidates
• Taking the candidate through and being responsible for all the candidates compliance from interview stage to signing off a candidate to work
• Diary management
• Document processing
• Daily/Weekly meetings with consultants & managers
Personal specification:
• great people skills
• determination and focus
• good written and verbal communication skills
• good organisation skills
Salary:
• GBP16000 - GBP18000
Hours of work:
• Term Time - 7:30 - 4:30
• School Holidays - 9am - 3pm
Holiday Entitlement:
• 25 days, plus 8 public holidays
Location:
• K2, Bond Street, Hull, Hu1 3EN
