Our Client is looking for to recruit a Reward Advisor to join their HR Team to help provide support with the development of the organisations reward strategy through benchmarking and networking, ensuring they remain competitive within the market.
What you'll need???
* Previously experience within a Reward or HR role
* Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
* Firm understanding of compensation, pay and benefits
What you'll do???.
* Support the development of the organisations reward strategy
* Collect and analyse data to identify issues and trends relating to pay, benefits and reward
* Make recommendations to attract and retain individuals within the organisation
* Provide ongoing support with job evaluation, grading structures and salary scales
