Executive Search Consultant
Sector: Supply Chain & Logistics
Location: Birmingham area
The Company:
This Executive Search Agency is well established and recruits on a global scale across the UK, Europe, United States, Australasia and the Asia Pacific. Sectors include Manufacturing, Energy, Supply Chain & Logistics, Consumer, Technology, and Finance. Covering senior management and director level positions they have a proven track record of delivering senior level mandates to FTSE 100, SME's and international businesses.
After several years of year on year growth, they are now looking to grow their teams in Birmingham and Manchester. Recently their founder has become the Chair and they have appointed a new Chief Executive who has over 20 years of senior board level experience. The company is investing heavily in their current team and has a 7-year growth strategy to take the company forward.
Who are they looking for?
Previous experience in a recruitment environment is essential but it doesn't have to be within an Executive Search agency. Ideally, you will have had exposure to recruiting mid-senior level management/director positions on a retained basis. Your experience would ideally be within the Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement sectors.
Being able to communicate effectively with senior level candidates and clients is key to this role along with being able to work effectively with the rest of the team to identify suitable opportunities.
You need to have an excellent work ethic, be driven to deliver quality results in a timely manner, and a proven track record of winning new business and seeing it through to completion is a must.
Salary / Benefits:
The company offer excellent basic salaries and commission schemes - this is all dependant on your experience and previous results.
Training and support is a big part of working within this company. You will have exposure to working with people who are very experienced within there sector and keen to pass on their knowledge.
It's a very positive environment with lots of collaboration (with colleagues and industry leaders), sharing ideas, and the M.D.'s office door is always open for you to ask for help/advise.
You will have a clear, progressive development plan to develop you in all aspects of executive search.
