Our client is a leading multi branched independent Estate Agency with an impressive reputation and focused approach across Sales & Lettings.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator with an enthusiastic and professional manner to join part of their dedicated team who manage their large portfolio of properties across their branch network. The role is to be based in South Manchester.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Dealing with all maintenance and repair issues
• Corresponding with Landlords and tenants regarding maintenance works
• Identifying, reporting and resolving maintenance issues arising from the inspections completed
• Co-ordinating all works with preferred contractors and any administrative duties that arise.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
• Minimum 1yr experience in the role already
• Good attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal ability
• A proven ability to manage their time and workload
• Excellent communication skills
Working hours will be Mon-Thurs - 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and every third Saturday 9am - 4.30pm
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 depending upon experience
