JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to work for and support events team within a large organisation.
- Event Coordination
- Liaising with Directors, vendors and customers
- Assist in the planning and delivery of various staff and corporate events;
- Make Travel arrangements for Divisional Directors;
- Collation & Input of Divisional Directors expenses;
- Monitoring and setting up Meeting Rooms for both internal & external meetings;
- Creating and maintaining databases & spreadsheets;
- Producing documentation;
- General Office Administration;
- Previous experience working in an administrative role;
- Good organizational skills;
- Self motivated and able to use own initiative;
- Confident and courteous manner;
- Good command of English and numeracy;
- Good keyboard skills, high level of accuracy essential
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
