We are recruiting for production operatives to work for our client who is one of the UK's most respected food retailers.
You will be required to work in a fast paced environment and work on a production line. Candidates will be expected to assist with packing, stacking, finishing, cleaning whilst all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained. Previous experience of working within a food environment would be an advantage.
The role will require you to work 12 hour shifts on a four on four off shift, 48 hours per week. This will involve working at weekends.
We have days and nights available.
Candidates will need to have a good level of communication, literacy skills, be adaptable, flexible and can follow instructions. The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing environment although this is not essential. This position can be physically demanding
Applicants will require a Level 2 certificate in food manufacturing. This would be an advantage if you have one that is valid. however training can be given.
Part time & ADHOC positions are also available.
Days GBP7.83 per hour + Overtime
Nights GBP8.45 per hour + Overtime
These positions could become permanent for the right candidate..
Transport would be an advantage due to the location however it is accessible via Public Transport (bus)
