Our Salford based client is looking for a PA / Office Manager to join their small but busy office. They are flexible in regards to hours and will accomodate both permanent and part time depending on the candidate skill set and experience.

You will be a good office all rounder as well as the right hand person to the MD

*Dealing with correspondence including emails and post
*Ordering of Stationery
*Answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate person
*Arranging logistics to include tracking the deliveries and printing out delivery confirmation to be attached to customer invoices. Overseeing the deliveries.
*Getting ready all the necessary paperwork required for deliveries
*Maintaining stock, controlling stock level and ordering of stock to include checking order acknowledgements and stock prices
*Processing sales and purchase orders

Any other tasks as required to running the office successfully and smoothly.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred and you must be able to demonstrate competency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is desirable also any marketing experience.
