ARE YOU A CHEMISTRY GRADUATE AND LOOKING FOR YOUR FIRST ROLE TO UTILISE YOUR DEGREE? OR DO YOU HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND LOOKING FOR A NEW POSITION?
Your duties will include:
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Manage Reception waiting area, Board Room and Meeting Rooms to ensure these are maintained and prepared for use
- Answer all incoming calls, directing as appropriate and accurately relay messages
- Sort and distribute incoming post
- Collect and dispatch outgoing post
- Maintain stationery and other sundry supplies and submit new orders
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director`s PA
- Provide administrative support to the CSR team
- Other general ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
