Brook Street is seeking a Band II Clerical Officer for a period of 3 months with possible extension in the Craigavon Area.

Our public sector client would like someone with at least one year`s experience in Administration or four GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.

The hours of work will be 12 - 17 (22 hours) Monday to Friday.

Duties will include processing administration; ensuring administration is completed within deadline, ensuring all clerical duties are completed accurately, working with MS Office daily, and word-processing.

You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have a one year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role and audio typing is preferable.

The rate of pay is £7 per hour.
