We are looking to recruit an exceptional Lettings and Allocations Officer, to join our Team. The successful candidate for this exciting opportunity will be based in our office at Wooburn Green Buckinghamshire.


Working across the Operations Directorate, you will demonstrate the ability to take full ownership of the lettings process from start to completion, in accordance with our lettings policy. You will carry out detailed pre-tenancy checks, to ensure that we are matching the most eligible tenants to our properties, maximising our occupancy levels, and fostering tenancy sustainment.


The ideal candidate for this role will have a can-do attitude, be results driven and extremely organised. Skills experience and knowledge, required to succeed in this position include; great communication and negotiation skills, contractor management, knowledge of multiple tenures, risk management in issuing tenancies, building stakeholder relationships and working with our local authority partners.

You will also have knowledge of choice based lettings systems, proficiency in all Microsoft office software, and a working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, including welfare reforms.

As part of our centralised lettings and allocations team which covers all lettings across our regional base, you will be expected to cover absences in the different offices where needed, to ensure consistency in the achievement of key performance indicators.
