Tenancy Assistant

Tenancy Assistant - £19,418 per annum (Grade 2) – North Walsham, Norfolk – Full Time, Permanent.

We are advertising for a company that is a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need.  They own and manage 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.

They are currently looking for a Tenancy Assistant who will provide a customer focused service and general administrative support to the busy Housing Team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer related environment, preferably within the housing sector, and will work closely with colleagues and other teams to ensure a co-ordinated and consistent approach towards excellence in customer service at all times.

The closing date for this vacancy is 5pm on Wednesday 20th June 2018.

Interviews will be held on Monday 2^nd July 2018.
